Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan organized a one day seminar at Holiday Inn Hotel, Islamabad on 14th June, 2007 at 10.30 a.m. The objective of the seminar was to educate the Secretaries of the existing trade organizations on the provisions of Trade Organization Ordinance, 2007 and Trade Organization Rules, 2007.

The Seminar provided an opportunity to the Secretaries of the existing trade organizations to seek clarifications especially with reference to the preparation of application for the grant of licence under the new law.

Mr. Muhammad Samiullah represented Modaraba Association of Pakistan (MAP) and Leasing Association of Pakistan (LAP) in the seminar.
